Jerry Molina

President & Founder

Jerry brings deep expertise in project controls and construction management across complex engineering environments. His background spans budget management, planning, cost control, and contract administration on major projects for Phillips 66 and Marathon Petroleum. He began as an electrical craft professional, providing hands-on field experience before advancing to leadership. Jerry holds a Master's from UT Austin and a BS from the University of Houston.

Mika Mendoza

VP Operations & Partner

Mika is a finance and operations professional with 13+ years across multiple sectors. She brings expertise in cost control, project compliance, and business process automation. Previously at BNY Mellon, she led cost control for a portfolio of eight CLOs totaling $300M. She has built operations within growing EPC firms while balancing project execution with business administration.

Elliott English

Chief Technology Officer

Software and AI engineer with expertise in Theory of Constraints implementation and a track record of building technology-driven operations at scale. Previously directed analytics teams at ACC New Zealand and led telehealth operations at BlueStar TeleHealth. Background includes financial operations leadership at Morgan Stanley and strategic analysis for the United States Air Force. Elliott architects Invenio's AI platforms, automated workflows, and data infrastructure.
